2009 SUCCESS AWARD WINNER - Karen Lloyd from Karen's Kare Bears
    Karen's Kare Bears was one of 14 Small Business Success Awards recipients for 2009. Every year the Arizona SBDC honors small business for its large role in Arizona's economy with the Success Awards. These entrepreneurs create jobs and tax revenue that stay within our state and local communities, benefiting Arizonans.
    Karen's Kare Bears is a Christian child care center, owned and operated by Karen and Don Lloyd, located in Payson. The business was officially opened on Jan. 19th and cares for children from newborn to twelve years old. The Lloyds were presented their award on Wednesday, March 25th at the Arizona State Capitol.
